I cannot recommend Minimal Rent enough for anyone planning a wedding in Tulum! I got married in January 2025, and Jenny and her team truly exceeded all my expectations.
From the very start, Jenny was incredibly responsive—which was crucial for planning a destination wedding from afar. She went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for and accommodated all my last-minute changes without hesitation. She made the process stress-free and genuinely cared about making sure everything turned out perfectly.
I rented wedding furniture from Minimal Rent, including lounge sets, bar tables and stools, ceremony chairs, a credenza, wedding signs, a ceremony arch, and an aisle platform—and everything looked even better than I had imagined! The pieces were stylish, high-quality, and beautifully arranged. Jenny’s team worked seamlessly with my venue planner, ensuring a smooth and effortless setup.
What really sets Minimal Rent apart is their fair pricing and flexibility. After getting multiple quotes, their prices were by far the most reasonable, especially for Tulum. Unlike many vendors, they don’t push extra services or require a high minimum spend. In fact, they were one of the few vendors willing to work with my budget without any pressure.
Although I only rented furniture from them, they also offer gorgeous wedding flowers at extremely affordable prices. Jenny even printed my custom Canva-designed wedding signs and installed some of my own décor and flowers for a small fee—something many other vendors wouldn’t even consider. That level of flexibility and accommodation meant the world to me!
Weddings can be stressful (and expensive!), but Jenny truly made the process pleasant, smooth, and budget-friendly. And most importantly, on the actual wedding day, everything was flawless. The setup was stunning, the lounge areas were gorgeous, and every little detail was handled with care.
